Time is valuable to you & you are valuable to me...Therefore I aim to offer you a time & date to fit in with your lifestyle...Including evenings & weekends. I hope that these hours suit your requirements but of course I will work outside of these hours if required.

Although I travel within a 10 mile round trip of Rochester for no extra cost, I am willing to travel further distances but please note that all distances further than 10 miles will be charged at an additional 35p per mile to allow for the increase in petrol costs. By implementing this it allows me to keep my treatment prices low.

Payment Methods
Unfortunately due to now receiving two cheques from first time client's that have bounced. I am no longer willing to accept cheques as a payment method. Cash is now the only acceptable form of payment accepted.
Cancellation Policy
I often have to turn clients away due to the high demand for my services.Therefore as much as I totally appreciate that unexpected
events may occur that prevent you from keeping your appointment
I would ask that wherever possible & in fairness to others at least 24 hours notice is given if you need to cancel an appointment.
Should I arrive & you cancel at the time of your appointment without prior notification, or you are not at home when I arrive then unfortunately a 100% cancellation fee will incur plus travel expenses if applicable.
